Shipping policy

Every parcel is insured and tracked. You get the tracking number by email when your order ships, and you see the exact shipping fee at checkout, before you pay.

When will it arrive?

Bags in stock ship within 1–3 working days.
Delivery after the parcel ships: 1–2 working days in Hungary, 2–4 in the EU, 6–10 to the rest of the world.
Made-to-order, pre-order and custom bags take 2–3 weeks, as shown on the product page.

We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, unless we agree otherwise. If we're running late, we'll tell you, and if you ask, we refund what you've paid straight away.

Pickup at the showroom

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at Szervita tér 3., 1052 Budapest, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 19:00. We'll email you when it's ready.

Customs and duties

Orders within the EU have no customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge customs duties and import taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

When your parcel arrives

Take a quick look at the parcel. If it's damaged, ask the courier to record it and let us know at info@helixgoods.com. If a parcel isn't collected and comes back to us, we may charge the cost of sending it again.
