Our technical fabrics are chosen for one reason: reliability in the real world. We source materials like Sauleda Masacril® and Sanwil Marine®—originally developed for marine, architectural, and industrial use—because they’re designed to withstand extreme conditions without compromising on comfort or aesthetics.

These fabrics are UV-resistant, waterproof, abrasion-proof, and engineered for long-term durability, making them ideal for everyday carry. With roots in professional-grade applications, they offer a level of protection and performance far beyond conventional backpack materials.

Crafted in the EU under strict quality and environmental standards, our technical textiles combine industrial strength with refined design, ensuring every H.ELIX backpack is as resilient as it is intentional.

Artisanal Textiles

Beyond performance, we believe in the power of materials to tell a story. Our limited edition textiles are premium-grade upholstery and decorative fabrics, sourced from heritage European mills with a long tradition of craftsmanship. Originally developed for furniture and interior design, these fabrics are not only visually striking—they're made to endure years of use, with exceptional resistance to wear, fading, and weather.

Woven in small, exclusive batches, they bring a sense of character, history, and refined design to our backpacks. Durable yet expressive, they embody the intersection of function, form, and legacy—for those who value substance as much as style.

If the product is in stock, it can be picked up or delivered within 1-3 days. In the case of made-to-order products, the waiting time is about 3 weeks.

We also accept preorders for models that are currently not in stock. In this case, the purchase can be made with the "preorder" button. Allow us 3 weeks to make the product for you in this case.

To clean our backpacks and sling bags, we recommend manual stain removal, hand washing, or a gentle, cold water machine program. Liquid detergent or a mild solvent stain remover can also be used. Do not use bleach or softener.

Remove the carabiner before washing. When drying, make sure that the inside of the bag is also ventilated. T-shirts and canvas bags can be washed at 30 degrees Celsius.

Both of our basic backpack sizes (M, L) can be taken on board airplanes as hand luggage. The nominal dimensions of the L bag are larger than the regular cabin size, but if the upper part is not overpacked, it will fit in the inspection compartment.

Our M size can fit a modern 15" laptop, and the L size can hold up to a 17" one.

We send the ordered bag with the GLS courier service, which reaches its destination within 3-4 days for international delivery. If the product is in stock, we will send the package within 1-3 days.

After purchase, we provide the opportunity to exchange or return the chosen product for 30 days from receiving it.

The product has to be unused and in new condition. We can exchange the product, or refund the purchase price without the shipping fee. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. It is possible to do it in person or by post, to the address of our showroom . We will refund the purchase price in the same manner as the payment was done within one week. We are not able to accept cash on delivery packages.If further help is needed, please contact us.

We offer a three year warranty on our products. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and any defects affecting functional usage.

The warranty does not cover factors resulting from the natural wear and tear of the materials, which do not affect use. We are proud that less than 0.3% of our products have any errors or malfunctions.

For custom requests, please concact us. Based on our existing colors and materials, almost any combination can be done. We can even work with material sourced by you, as long as its quality meets the requirements. The cost of a custom order is €15.
